What it's all about, what is NetLab trying to do, after all? Good Question. We are trying to ease peoples' lives by bringing technology in their activities. "No matter what you do, do it high-tech", that's our motto.It is the era of computers; hey, take advantage of it. Do not waste your time, your skills, your energy. Use computers!

In the years 1996 through 2000 I studied Biology in the faculty of Biology at the University of Athens - Hellas (Greece). I already was familiar with computer programming. During my exercise for graduation (my thesis) I worked in Monitoring and Controlling temperature and lighting conditions of a Cultivation Chamber at the Laboratory of Phycology (algae cultivation) at the Sector of Ecology & Taxonomy. That was the idea. After graduating I got seriously involved with computers and... here I am; in 2001 May my home-based business NetLab was on.

Computers are getting more and more spread. Most of our activities depend on computers, as they become smaller and more powerful; today a home-pc is a really powerful machine. We are taking advantage of this improved performance and reliability of computers. We use a computer to monitor the parameters (such as temperature, light, air/water flow, air/water pressure etc.) of a system with the appropriate installations (sensors etc.). With the same computer we can adjust these parameters to follow the desired protocol (refrigerators keep temperature to the desired level, but what if we wanted to have the lights in it to be on for 8 hours a day or to change the desired temperature to conserve a vaccine etc?). 

Our businesses and even our homes are using electronics so much that it is difficult (if not impossible) to control every device manually. Do not panic; a pc can do it for you. But computers are dumb; you will need a specific software application to make things work. NetLab is here for you. Follow this link to figure the whole concept.

Well, you know that. Computer Science is called Informatics. It brings all kinds of "information" on your monitor. Do not be passive. No matter what the field of your expertise is, get your information online. Quite a few people out there are willing to buy (with or without money) your information. Whatever you are, a single looking for acquaintances, a scientist asking for associations, an artist or professional for clients, a merchant for customers or whatever else, do not be reluctant. Take your store online, show your paintings online, get your scientific database online, present yourself online. Come to the cyber-world. NetLab will help you.
